I close my eyes, only for a moment, and the moment's gone
All my dreams, pass before my eyes, a curiosity
Dust in the wind, all they are is dust in the wind
Same old song, just a drop of water in an endless sea
All we do, crumbles to the ground, though we refuse to see

Dust in the wind, All we are is dust in the wind

Don't hang on, nothing lasts forever but the earth and sky
It slips away, all your money won't another minute buy

Dust in the wind, All we are is dust in the wind

and I am not frightened of dying, any time will do, i
Dont mind. why should I be frightened of dying?
Theres no reason for it, youve gotta go sometime.
i never said I was frightened of dying.

frown Very sad today. I havn't seen my cat in about three weeks. Patches has been with us for about thirteen years. She's outsurvived all of her kittens and many other neighborhood outside cats.

It's hard out here for a cat. There's horses, bulls, snakes, cars, and asshole people. I've seen cats done in by all of the above.

As much as I don't want to, I have to assume she's either dead or been picked up by someone. Patty had street smarts, though, so I doubt she would let anyone get a hold of her.

She was hit by a car about a month and a half ago. The vet said she was okay, but needed to be kept inside and in a crate for a while. She hated the crate. For her whole life she went in and out pretty much at will. She usually just came in when the weather was bad. Too hot, cold, or wet.

As she got older, she came in more and more often. But after her accident (and being kept inside for a while) she really seemed to want to go out more. It was only about two weeks after we let her back outside that she disappeared.

She's usually chillin' on the front porch waiting for me when I get off of work. Either that or in the back yard fucking with the chickens.

I guess I hoped that when she finally went it would be peacfully on the porch or something. Since we can't find her, there's no telling what happened. Her offspring have been trampled by horses and cows, killed in cat fights, dog fights, assholes leaving anti-freeze in their gardens (I beat the crap out of the dudes son. I wanted to make him drink some anti-freeze, but my boy Big Jarrett made me stop.), snake bites, and cars. Patches survived all of that. She was a very smart and clever cat. Really good at catching things like birds, mice, lizards, and even snakes on occasion.

I don't have any pics on my computer of her, and I don't have a scanner anymore. I got my little sister to send me some pics of her, but they're not very good. I can only load one of them. The others are too big. This is my sister holding Patches on the front porch.

If I can get the use of a scanner, I'll try scanning some pics of her later.

This is a bit off topic, but can someone tell me where all the big women at?

Nothing against all of these skinny girls on the site (closer to the bone, the sweeter the meat), but I know there have to be some BBW's on this site somewhere. It's just I can't last long enough to find them shocked ... someone help me before I break something.

especially since you said she was a smart kitty, Im sure thats what happen, she was just older and knew it was her time. Its kinda weird how cats do that. We had a cat we found and were taking care of even though we pretty much knew he was dyin and when he started to he went away to do it. We found him a brought him to the vet to be put asleep, but Im sure he left because he knew he was dyin.

Plus the pet psychic said that once they pass over there happy little kitties again... smile

I'm sure she did the natural thing and wandered off when she knew it was her time.

Other than that, I don't know if you join groups yet, I know I had to wait a month, but I think they changed that. Eitherway, here are some links.
