i was going to update, and then i was like hmmm i don't have much to say, but it's not like that ever stopped me before.

my apartment is getting a new roof. it's annoying being woken up by hammering and loud people talking on my patio. not to mention that it's hot and i can't hang out in my undies cuz there are people right there. damnations. and my tomato plants are dying because they had to be moved so they wouldn't get killed by the workers, and now they aren't getting enough sun. fuck.

school is ok. got my grades back from spring semester, did a little bit better then fall semester, so that was nice.

when i was home i got to spend tons of time with the boy. he had quit his job so i had almost a whole week with him before he started his new job. it was very nice. love is super. but now he's working six days a week, so he probably won't be coming out to visit anytime soon. not that it matters that much since i have to go home for father's day, and for my uncle's wedding. in the end i'll be spending a bunch of time in IL.

going to the zoo was fun. i'm a dork but one of my favorite things at the zoo is the chipmunks. i can't help it, i really like chipmunks.

i played volleyball last weekend at a graduation party. anyone who knows me knows that i am clumsy and i hurt myself a lot. so it wasn't the best idea to play. i bruised my thumb and my knee and a bunch of other random owies. i played pretty good though.

i've been very crafty lately. sewing and things of that nature. i need to go out and buy some things from the craft store, but i'm trying to convince myself that it would be better to stay home and do homework tonight rather then go to the store. obviously it's not working all that well since i'm not doing my homework.

i made a cake this week. and promptly ate half of it. soooo good.
