Flossing and brushing teeth are always good realistic goals. Well at least the teeth brushing part. Mine was to be true to myself and to not lie anymore. Good call on cutting back on the cheeseburgers. I just finished reading a book called "Fast Food Nation" and how these cattle ranchers feed and treat their moos is pathetic. They thicken up their feed with blood from the slaughterhouses and have them herded into areas where bacteria and infestations run rampant. Im a Chicago kid myself (actually Downers Grove but who's keepin tabs). How is the weather treatin you?
