i can't stand having a lack of control. what's worse is not having any significant influence at all over how things might come together (or apart) in the end. the sensation of not only losing the reins, but having them unceremoniously stripped from your posession is truly unnerving. i can only hope that the pieces fall into place with as little damage to the big picture as possible. i hate feeling helpless. u_u
