i make no apologies for my lack of posts. 
my holiday was awesome. mnislahi was here on new years and i don't think it could have been much better. she is coming back down in about a week on the 18th for our trip to vegas! wooo!
i just finished watching the first season of 'Dexter'. for those of you who have not seen 'Dexter', i highly suggest checking it out (unless you catch it in syndication on showtime, it would most likely be illgally downloading it online, since the first season is over and it is not on dvd yet). also, you can get the books it is based on. the first one is called 'Darkly Dreaming Dexter' and is basically the first season from what the amazon description tells me. i take this to mean each book will be a season consecutively. i am gonna have to get reading, since the next season isn't slated to come out until later in 2007 sometime.
