Hello petals! It's been a good few months since I posted a blog on here, so I thought I would catch you guys up on what's been happening!
I have been pretty quiet on the shoot front this year, most of my shoots so far have been for SG! Although I did do a couple of artsy/nude shoots and found them to be really enjoyable so am thinking of focusing on that a lot more this year just to try out something different and gain more experience. So many ideas and so little time! Here is a little looksie at what I've been up to so far :)
I have also shot 3 sets for Suicide Girls this year so far, the first one was shot back in April with @atlanticlungs, we were running on about 3 hours sleep and shot the majority of the set outside on a hotel balcony in the freezing wind and rain haha. We are yet to submit this set but here are some previews
The second set I shot for this year was a lot warmer, it took place on the 3rd day of the Brisbane Shootfest, I flew up early in the morning and shot with @victory that afternoon in the hot tub. It was the first time we met and I'm very excited to be shooting with her again in a few months time at the Melbourne Shootfest :) this set is called "Sunkissed" and is due to hit member review in about 3 months and 1 week
Then a couple of weeks ago I shot a 3rd set which I'm very excited about, I've had a bit of difficulty uploading it (I had to submit it for a second time this morning) so fingers crossed it works this time! This set was shot with a local Melbourne photographer (he's not a member of the site yet) who I had been dying to work with, and as soon as I saw that he had shot a few sets for Suicide Girls I jumped at the chance straight away! His work is amazing (a little different and darker than what SG is used to) but hopefully that will help it to stand out a bit! Here are a few sneak previews :)
So hopefully this time it uploads properly and the wait won't be too long because I really can't wait for you guys to see it.
Anyway, that's about it I think!
