you mentioned you guys were 'together' for a month, honestly, this is just advice, but try to slow down the whole dating process. try to kiss a girl youre interested in on the 2 or 3 date instead of the 1, get to know a person first, before you hurry into having sex. i know its not easy esp. when you havent had sex in a while, but whats 2 or 3 more weeks of waiting, right?!
i think its very important to be respected and i dont think you can respect someone you kiss or fuck so early on in the dating process. i think if you guys wouldve waited with all the physical stuff for a while you wouldve taken more time to get to know her and maybe see that shes unable to have a relationship at the moment and therefore you wouldve saved yourself the heartache youre going through right now.
anyways, i really really hope you find a nice girl soon and try to think about my advice, it cant hurt, you know?!

i guess as dating advice id say, never ever kiss on the first couple days, get to know each other and when you feel that theres a connection move forward. girls dont like to do the first step.
you know what, i once wrote an article about how you can tell if a girl/woman wants to be kissed, if you want i could send it to you in a message, maybe it helps you understand 'us' a lil better.

Its all things to take into consideration. As for me I would say its over 20 years of having a fucked life--one bad thing fallowed by another-- that has made me feel how I am feeling.
I am currently looking for a councler, but its easier said than done. Thank GOD I finally have insurance!
