Phew! Week one survived!

I've settled into Calgary now! The weather has mostly been lush this week which has been awesome. I have settled into the house well and me and my Aussie housemates have bonded well. Nick keeps trying to do my accent though and its hilarious cause hes rubbish at it! Makes me laugh so much though so i hope he doesn;t give up trying. Boleyn is a crazy Aussie girl who already wrestles for Australia Wrestling Federation. Check her out! And then there's Jenny - shes real quiet and loves UFC hehe!

Training has been tough but good! Every day after training I ache all over and I have new bruises but I'm learning. This week we have learnt bumps, basic chain wrestling arm work, headlock takedowns, snapmeres and firemans carrys. It would be so much easier if it was real but its learning to do everything to make it look as real as possible without injuring each other. I understand all the theory and know what I should be doing its just having the confidence to put it all together. I think about it too much. But I'm only a week i - it should come more naturally soon enough!

Other than that I haven't been up to much - too tired after training and too poor to go out much! Today I did see a Slayer snowboard which was very cool and I think I have decided on a place to get tattooed but I'm gonna check them out on Tuesday!

Back to training tomorrow! Bring the pain!
