When I woke up this morning and found out I just couldn't believe it was real. It is only after a few hours when it has sunk in that we are never going to see another Chris Benoit match. We will never see him soar like an eagle or make another person tap out. I'm completely devestated, he was an inspiration and he encouraged me to never give up in my training and I feel that now I have to try even harder.

I remember the first time I saw WWE live and saw him climb to the top turnbuckle and leap and soar like no other wrestler. It was as if he could make time stop. And the explosion of sound from the audience when he locked in the crossface. This man knew how to entertain people and throught his 22 year career he inspired so many people.

My heart goes out to the remaining Benoit family and the wrestling industry. My heart goes out to all his fans too because I know you are feeling as devastated as I am. Take a minute and remember something great about him.
