I am back. Life is back to normal and so far not as dull as I would have thought even with all this stupid rain!

Download was amazing! I saw so many bands and so many people and it was all good! Highlights had to include seeing the fabulous BowBev, going down the front for Machine Head with The_Happy_Pig and seeing Billy Talent! It was fantabulous! The photographic evidence can be found here!

Then I get home, went to work, packed, and went to the Dominican Republic for a week! Now that was fucking awesome! Lots of sun and sand and madness! All inclusive is amazing and I took full advantage of that! As much food as I want and as much booze as I want? Brilliant!
While I was there I also went parasailing, I climbed up waterfalls and jumped back down, I made coffee, I held snakes and inevitably got burnt! Hehe!
I met some awesome people too which was pretty cool! Can't wait to see all the photos together hehe!

Then I got back, went to work for 2 days, then off to Hyde Park Calling! Woooooo!
Saw Brigade, Chris Cornell and Aerosmith! No matter who I see for the rest of the year, Aerosmith will undoubtedly be the musical highlight of my year! Opened with Love in an Elevator and just kept getting better and better! And the climax - Walk This Way fetauring DMC from Run DMC!!!! Wow!

Now today everything is back to normal but I've done all my work for the week so I'm not going into the office til Saturday. I'm spending the week swapping rooms with my housemate Ben and catching up on some reading and the last two weeks of wrestling that I've missed! I can't complain!
