Actually I've only seen 22 of 24, if that finishes this week there must be another one for me to catch up on!
I still have shitloads to watch though, I stopped watching Lost at episode 10, and I've got loads of House season 2 still unwatched.
Oh, and I should probably do some uni work at some point...
