So Reading Festival was fantastic! I dont know whether Download was better they are so different its hard to compare. But it was good. I saw so many bands it was silly. Musical highlights were definately Eagles of Death Metal, The Racontuers and Be Your Own PEt. Although Placebo came close to being amazing 20 mins of technical difficulties slightly disheartened me. But seriously if you can manage to get a copy of the Raconteurs covering Bang Bang My Baby Shot ME down - DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Its fantastic! In fact i just searched eMule and you can get it there!
As some of you may have seen I made a slide show of some of my pictures so you can go see it here including a picture of the tiniest tent I have ever seen!
Brownies were had though the drinking was minimal so it was a lot more giggling than you would ever think possible.
I FINALLY got to meet Mark_Plus_Beer and hes just lovely but I was a bit hyper at the time and I didn't say much so it was a brief encounter. I also had breakfast with Sky, gtwr and Anarchie though I was pretty quiet due to the tiredness and lack of sleepage but they were lovely and Anarchie taught me and Sky how to pee standing up. No, not with a demonstration people
And then as if going to Reading wasn't enough I went to London to see Papa Roach the day after i got back in a little jazz club on Oxford Street. There were only 200 people there and it was really cool. The new songs are absolutely amazing! I uploaded a little video of a bit of Infest so you can go watch it!
Also my friend Sophie came for a visit we got a little tipsy and watched the Stoppit and Tidyup DVD I got her for her birthday. If you haven't seen this you really must its a childhood cartoon favourite of mine!
We also went for lovely Greek food and wine and managed to spend 3 hours talkign about all the randomness in the world.
Since then its just been worktastic which sucks! But tomorrow I am off to Amsterdam for a couple of days and then home to Ireland for a few more. It should be good.
Now I'm going to read all your journals see how you all are whilst eating a Pizza Hut Dipper all to myself.
