Oh my god I have managed day two of the diet without cracking. Yes this seems ridiculous to say but seriously, this is the longest I've ever lasted! 
I think I feel determined this time somewhat helped by a little motivation in the form of an Ebay purchase I feel I may have to tone up a bit to wear....
