This picture was taken by a friend on my old boat. In the distance is my new boat. We were out for the frostbite racing of our sailing club with temperatures in the low 30s and winds just good enough to race a two lap race.
It was one of those days on which only the truly demented go out for a race. But there you have it, I love sailing as much as anything and being without it definitely makes me restless. There's a chance I'll be going to the caribbean again this April (hope so). It'll be light years away from frosty sailing. I'll take anything I can get right now though!
