Today is sucking BIG TIME.

Having a horrible migrane. Which meant I couldnt do band rehearsal. Had an overwhelming panic attack. And suffering from some form of tenitis, where my ears just wont stop ringing, really high pictched alarm like noise.

It's official, today sucks balls.

Work in six hours.

Trying to sleep tonight without sleeping pills, first time in about a couple of months. I feel I can't sleep without them but I will try tonight.

Damn you insomnia, you will not beat me.

If anyone has any sleeping tips it would be much appreciated. And yes I have tried masturbation.

The footie tonight was brilliant. Dont deny it, just accept it. As a spurs fan I would have prefered it if Chelsea lost, but oh well, amazing game of football.

Working on a bank holiday monday sucks.

Listening to MxPx On The Cover 2 after a night of Fifa, takeaway and relaxing. Best Saturday night I've had in a long time.

Wowza band rehearsal was a rollercoaster.
