Off to band rehearsal in a bit.

I feel a sore throat coming on.

Oh well take it like a man Rich.

A week of work, reading and anxiety groups over.

Now a weekend of food, music and television awates.

God I suck at being productive. Some day I'll figure it all out.

Boo Yeah, I'm an uncle for the third time, another little niece. Awesome. So glad for my sis, she's been in laber for like 2days.

Going out bowling tonight, gonna take those damn pins down. Should be a fun night.

Back in East London after visiting me pregnant sis in Chessington.

Had a really good time, played the pub quiz though we done very bad, ate lots of yummy fatty food, bought lots of books, got me haircut which I love, walked the dogs and just chilled out.
