Today I had a lovely day off from work and spent the day relaxing with friends.
Watched South Africa v France with my South African friend Nina, cheering them on. Was a really good game actually but sadly even though South Africa won they went out on goal difference I think in the end.
After that I spent an hour writing my reference notes for my teaching course I'm hoping to get onto, then the belly got hungry and we went to KFC. God I love KFC, I've had way too much of it recently though, need to cut down on it or at least get exercising. I'm thinking of buying a Treadmill, I like jogging but feel really self conscious going out on the streets of East London jogging, don't ask me why, I have no idea. Don't really feel too safe either, so a treadmill would be a nice solution. Found one for 160 which aint too bad. Hmm...to treadmill or not to treadmill.
I finish work on Sunday and then I'm officially a musician again starting next week. Hoping to hook up with the band and start recording the new EP, can't wait to have some fun in the studio again.

the smell is to die for. Now i can have lips and a body that smell like lemon sherbet haha! Is that a good thing though?
