A woman is sueing for $200,000 because, as a result of a car accident, she got pregnant. Originally, she wanted $750,000, but the court said that's too much... only $200,000. Apparently, she was Soooo flustered by the accident, that she forgot to take her pill one day.
The fact that the courts are allowing this case to proceed is stupid enough as it is. Fucking stupid. She's making that woman who sued McDonalds look justified.

This sounds like a horribly frivolous law suit on its face and I hope that this is either thrown out.
