Im feeling a little better physically, but mentally is a different story...

When you feel like you have hit rock bottom...how do you pick yourself back up

Like the people above me said, baby steps. Also if you have someone to talk to about it all it helps, and if you have any sort of religion, praying or whatever the way in your beliefs helps.

I hope things pick up, and im here for you to talk to if you need it.
