i am back at the beach after a couple of days in oakland soaking up vibes and toxins and sqeezing out stress and toxins... a toxin diminishment/replacement program and now the rest of the afternoon at the beach and sunset waves and a bbq and i need to find a good home for one of my female puppies....she's a real bitch....

Oddly enough, I woke up convinced my toe is either
a. broken
b. sprained
c. something or other
My toe got injured?? The integrity of my toe has been injured. The pride of my toe will probably take longer to heal than the time I have to wait for a car, fortunately. The insurance company is actually being really cool. Thank god. It's not what I imagined.
