It sounds ridiculous at first but it may not be a bad plan. I do enjoy the idea of not wasting money on rent and instead, be able to sell the place after maybe a couple years.
It's just a matter of cost. It may be possible to have a morgage of a little over 1000$ a month and that is pretty much the same as rent. So....
But there may be condo fees as well that I will have to look into.
Fuck I know nothing of real estate. This will be an adventure.
