I've never got into the LIve Journal voyeristic stuff, but my brain needs an outlet, and this site is the only that takes DC.
When I achieve godhood, I will abolish summer and add consolidate spring and fall. Florida is impossibly hot, commerce sludges to a halt, friends travel, and I find myself blowing through my summer reading list way too early. One month remains on my drivers license suspension, and my house is at least $20 cab fare from anything that interests me.
So I began a book, not because I have got a great idea or am so damn smart, but because I am bored and love-less. I'm 12,000 words deep, and it looks like it has legs. How does Ann Rice or Asimov write 12 hours a day. I can do 3-4 hrs., but then my muse takes a cab and my brain taps out. Then I get TV and life withdrawls.
I should get back to it. Or perhaps I could spend the day making sure the fridge magnets are aligned right.
