Tonight was my first night back at the pole gym in over a month. I was so scared that I'd lost all my strength and all of the moves I've gained. But I was super happy to find out I didn't lose any of my strength, in fact now I can nail moves I could never quite get down before! So now that I'm back at it, expect many more pole photos over the next couple of weeks before I move away š photo credit goes to the awesome @klmanke who taught me most of what I've learned on the pole, thanks for being such a great coach and always pushing me š
