Wow, I'm way out of date with catching up to people's comments, still...and I'm still not prepared to go back and get up to date, even if I didn't just add a huge project onto my plate.
I Just got home with a bunch of fancy new painting supplies after walking around the store trying to figure out what I want to do and how to do it, and then just gave in to some interesting ideas.
So now I need to stop typing and sit down with them and fucking start painting. I haven't really painted anything in a really long time, so I need to dive in head first and simply NOT stop if I hit a good vibe. Which means I'm prepared to stay up all night and feel like shit tomorrow at work and then come home and continue to kick my ass with these paintings.

Treated and Textured Canvases: 5.
Abstract Background-splattered canvases ready for foreground: 5.
Prelim drawing Concepts sketched and composed on paper: 5

Currently Completed: 4.
So yeah...nobody give me shit for not going out until I'm fucking FINISHED.
-In other news, if anyone remembers a CD mix I made a while back called "HiLo", I just started playing it again after a long time and I don't mind saying it fucking Rocks. Motivation! Frantic Creative pursuits! Creation! Movement! Go! Go! Go! Rawwr!

Good luck with the painting. There's nothing more important in the world than the one thing you love to do most. Even if it never been fame, money or glory. I never get shit but callouses and grey hairs from writing but it's my world.
