there was a robot in one of the stories in the book i was reading to that kid from my journal. i pointed at the picture and told her what it was and that "robots are your friend" and she said "i know"

That's interesting...I've always felt the same way too kind of. My mom--heh, she's gone to a lot of "reputable" psychics...and the one thing that they've all consistantly told her is that I will have a daughter someday. Odd, no?
