If there is one thing I hate most of all in this world, it's looking for a job. I hate feeling like all my hard work and education and internships were for nothing. I hate temp agencies and typing tests. I hate having to present myself and schmooze and namedrop. And I hate being unemployed and running out of money and stressing about that.

Well, I just drove across the country, so I deserve a little break...right?....

well i made it to gloucester....home at last. slept all day yesterday...watched the new like 7 1/2 hour version of lord of the rings today. now to find a job...

I'm hitting the road.

I start driving bright and early tomorrow morning. I should be in Boston by this weekend. I'll probably be without email or the net for the next few days.

Goodbye Portland. It's been real.

So I've been going back and forth and back and forth about whether to stay in Portland or move to Boston. I made up my mind last night. And I feel very good about my decision.

I'm also really hung over and there is no asprin in my house and I really really don't want to drive to the store and get any. Ugh.
