That's an interesting question. Generally, I hang around with fairly like-minded people, albeit one step less radical (if you move to Seattle, I offer to be your token overeducated pansy-ass non-Marxist leftist friend.

french fries, freedom fries, whatever....i ate in the senate cafeteria for an entire summer and they were disgusting. fries are not difficult to fuck up, but somehow they managed. seriously, the senate dining hall made my college cafeteria look like haute cuisine. that is one area i know our tax dollars aren't going.
