Portland was a lot of fun! We drove down around 1pm or so on Friday. I took off early. We hit some wild wind and rain here and there, all the way down.
We stayed at the Paramount on SW Taylor. It's our fav. Friday night, we took a cab over to the Rheinlander German restaraunt (another fav. haunt). We ate like pigs! This dumb ass lady sitting behind us was attempting to describe Spongebob, and said "square bob, sponge head". JAx and I laughed our asses off. C'mon lady, "Squarebob, Spongehead"!?!?! After I was done lauging at her, I really wanted to stab her repeatedly with my fondue fork...
We slept like crazy, and woke up to breakfast delivered to our door...oh so nice!
We headed out about 11am or so, and stopped in Puyallup on our way home for some Thai. Gotta love Thai!!!
Tonight we have my company Christmas party. Should be fun! Last year I got a $500 gift certificate to Southcenter (and all malls owned by Westfield Co.). Here's hoping for a big pay day!!!....hehe.
I think we're going to fuck in a few, as we didn't get to this morning. It's tough to go a full day without fucking each other's brains out...
On a side note...I have a close friend who lives here in the Seattle area. I've known him since 5th grade. I'm 30, so that's a pretty good length of time. Anyway, we stayed in touch over the years. We even work together! I got a call from his boyfriend today, and it turns out that he was arrested last night. Neither of them know why, other than it has something to do with a 7 year old warrant from something that went down A LONG time ago. In fact, he's already taken care of all of that. So, we're all scratching our heads as to WTF is going on. He was at a club, and the police did a random plate search on the cars in the lot. His plate happened to come up with the warrant. SHITTY!!! Needless to say, he won't be at the party tonight....I'm sad for him. Nobody wants to spend the night (or tow, or three) in jail!!! Here's hoping he's out soon! I hope it was all a big mistake and he sues their asses off...
