No gym today! Tomorrow I deadlift 4 plates. Ever since I had a session with a trainer who helped me correct my form, my lifts have been shooting up 15-30lbs a week with no end in sight. My back and legs feel stronger already and I can't wait to go skating again, and maybe even have at some hockey.
I just got my papers to receive medical and dental coverage from work, which is pretty awesome because you don't want to play sports without dental
