yes. I wanted to go to the beach today, but it was still pretty cold.
so... Im buying my first house this week... havent got much sleep since I decided I was going to buy it dealing with the bank and loans and crap sucks but, oh wells, In a few days ill have a FUCKING HOUSE, god damn thats crazy.....

Buying a house...yes I will be buying my second one next year. Now listen to me and listen good. Fight the appraisal-tax increase every year. Unless you want to flip it. I won every year. Most people just suck it up and pay more. Not I. The city told me they always lower it if someone is going to the trouble to fight it. O and did you go through any programs through your bank? There are 2. They pay the closing costs. Have you locked in a rate yet?
