tonight--hell, the past couple of days--has just been one of those perfect stretches of time that I'll probably be gnawing on for years to come--
I should have been to sleep hours ago, but I should write a little bit before going to bed (the inmates are actually pretty understanding when one is tired, hung-over, or both)--
anyway, almost a year ago I met the most incredible young woman. beautiful, intelligent, funny...
tonight we kissed for about 2 hours.
it was the first time we'd kissed.
we'd both been thinking about it since we first met.
tommorrow she's leaving to go midway 'cross the country.
