found out a couple of days ago that the last of my grandfather's brothers died last wednesday.
he had terminal cancer, but the cause of death was a self-inflicted gunshot wound, altho that's just one of those things that stays in the family--won't be mentioned in the obit in the paper.
my grandfather had 6 brothers: 3 shot themselves, as did one of his nephews. my grandfather probably would've shot himself if he had the chance (& he'd threatened it many times) but at the end he was under pretty heavy sedation at the care center & had dementia pretty bad.
anyway, that's a little bit about my family.
