wrote a longish entry the other night but when I tried to submit the sumbitch I was told the site was down for a li'l bit & the whole damn thing was lost in the ether. grr.
not much going on--should be cleaning the house or the car or dicking around in the yard--instead swilling coffee, listening to music, smoking, slogging around on the internet.
had a pretty good couple of weeks: brief respite in a long dry spell lasting a few years with an utterly gorgeous, intelligent, funny, etc woman who is at the moment on her way halfway across the country. drag, that last part, but we had a great time while it lasted.
finally got around to watching "Ghost World" last night. loved it. I read the graphic novel a number of years ago & liked it. would kind of like to see what someone could make with "Like a Velvet Glove..."
