There are some things you just can't write, some things that won't sound right over IM or e-mail, that you just have to say in person. The feeling isn't right, the setting isn't right, and you won't get the reaction you want. You also can't damage control.

Ruining something by saying it online is bad, but i agree with skeeve if thats all it takes to ruin it then it most likely would go wrong no matter what.
