I always loved the old saying "If I want your opinion, I'll beat it out of you". I heard that in a movie or TV show once, but I can't quite remember where.
I haven't wanted to be that snappy lately, but I have the same sentiment. It seems that everyone around me knows what I need to do in order to succeed in just about everything. Even though I am succeeding already. I'm getting advice for school even though I have a 95.5% average, I'm getting work advice regardless of the fact that I've been there for a year and am on better terms with management now than I've been in the past. People even think they can tell me how to better manage my finances, 'cause you know, it's all about my not being good with my money. There's no way it would have anything to do with my hours at work going down and a big contract payoff I was expecting falling through.
No no, it's all about what I'm doing. Fascinating how they can figure that out when they don't know all the facts. Oh, wait. I take an Excel class in school, allow me to demonstrate on this pie chart. Mmmm, pie:
