bah, the weather sucks these day. too hot, then too wet, then nice and cool for a day, then right back to too hot.

im looking for a new job. after almost 4 years, i am going to have to quit my job. the new owner is such a fucking asshole that i cant stand to work there anymore.

my new drums rock. i already used them for a paying gig with a local cover band and i used them today to try out for a new band that a couple friends are putting together. i need to get cases, though. ive been transporting them wrapped an a ton af blankets, but i really need to get proper cases so they dont get fucked up. unfortunatly, cases are gonna be 500+ bucks.

im going to put my bug in the garage for a couple weeks to get it ready for the michigan bug-out in july. i need to put a new generator on the motor and do a whole lot of general maintainance. i wanted to be able to drag race it at the bug-out this year, but i neither have the right motor, nor the money to properly prepare the car for racing. oh, well. maybe next year.

if i can scrape together 6 grand, i can get this:

making almost 200hp, this motor in my sub1800lb car would make quite an impressive timeslip.
