So I do the majority of the cooking in the house and it not that my wife can't cook she simply doesn't like to as I do like to cook. So because of this she likes to surprise me with random fresh produce to use and today she brought home this big pineapple the was near perfect ripe and I knew I had a couple of pork loins in the fridge marinating to be smoked in the morning well quick change of plans because as soon ad I saw it all I wanted as a nice Hawaiian bbq pork toco like my friend Akoni use to make back in my army days and I just so happened to have everything I needed to make it just like he use to and I'm so happy about it
