Ok I can't move a finger today, yesterday started working out with all the enthusiasm in the world at 4pm:
Weights to 7pm
Martial arts to 9pm
Home at 9.30pm
Ok it was not about the amount of hours, but the fact that my master suddenly decided it was sparring day, of course I got to fight the most deadly of the club, of course he kicked my ass out.
I feel like a 80 years old guy who accidentally felt into a giant running washer machine full of nails!
But it's still an awesome art
