Over the past month many things in my life have changed. Since finals were over one month ago, I have driven over 4000 miles on 21 different Interstate highways in 9 different states. I have turned into a nomad. I must say it is kind of fun, but I have a lot of time alone on the open road to think.
This weekend, The Kentucky Derby was crazy. It turned into a giant mud pit. There were so many people mud-wrestleing and stuff. I stood on the highest ground I could find and was still in 4 inches of mud.
I also got in a yelling match with some religous guy holding a sign outside the gate.
The weekend was crazy. The Kentucky Derby was fun. Odds are, I will never do that again. But it was quite the experiance to observe.
