day before yesterday i found a small kitten in the middle of the road and i stopped just to get a look at him. i noticed he was limping and had a large knot on his head and blood coming out of his mouth and nose. every few minutes he would sneeze (or meow with blood possibly keeping him from meowing properly). i went hysterical and took him to a nearby vet's office where they put him down. this was the saddest day of my life.
