So at the moment i am under 5 blankets, wearing two layers of clothes, and have my cat's warmth next to me (although he keeps wanting to walk on my laptop and touch me with his cold wet nose) MY APARTMENT IS SO FUCKING COLD. Yes, yes I could turn my heater on. However, it never reaches my bedroom. I don't think the vents work or something. My electricity bill last month was 176. At my previous apartment in the same complex (I moved into this one 2 months ago) my electric bill never went over 60 bucks. I thought the reason it was so high was either (1.) We moved into the largest 2 bedroom they had so maybe it was more electricity being used. or (2) We had the heater on full blast because it wasn't reaching the bedrooms good. So at the time we were like, "How about we limit electricity usage and just have the AC/heater off and wear sweatpants?" Well that's what we did for the month of January and have been freezing our nuts off since hoping to save some money on our electric bill. Yesterday I received my bill from Reliant for a whopping 197! I was like [WTF]. *sigh* I have a feeling the wiring or something is screwed up with the apartment itself. So now I have to call the fucking office and hopefully have someone come make sure everything is working as it should.( I hate making phone calls, don't you?) How much do YOU pay for your electric bill on average? I live in Dallas, TX in a 1109sq ft apartment.

I'm so hungry but I'm afraid to get out of bed..
