Another day another city. I flew in to Washington DC via Dulles. Had a bunch of meetings and managed to get in an hour at the Smithsonian. Best day I have had in a long time.
I envy your dedication to Yoga. When I was young I was limber enough to bend over backwards and put my head between my legs. One of the perks of a mis-spent youth pole vaulting. Now I am limited to what it takes to stretch out to stab an Epee into an opponent and that is not very often.
Do you still ride at all? Having my own horse has always been one of my favorite dreams. I grew up with horses and still love to brush them. I love the smell and feel as you run a brush down their backs. Of course most of the horse I knew were work horses. Queen was the sweetest. She was always ready to pull something, especially if it was going by the apple orchard.
