Chicago is boring. I don't know how anyone can spend their whole life here.
Mason is my kitty. He is 9 years old. I found him when he was about 6 months. He had apparently been thrown out of moving car by someone that did not want a kitty anymore. Something that I saw to many times growing up on a farm. Everyone thought farmers would take any cat that came along. Anyway, he had both broken shoulders and totally destroyed his left rear knee. One of the best things I ever did was not let the vet put hime to sleep. He runs along with a useless back leg now but he runs and he purrs every time someone just looks at him because he is so happy to be among the living. The still use his Xrays at the U of M for vet training.
So Mason and his best friend Duke (a Springer Spaniel) wish Max health and happiness, it is truly from the heart.

What an amazing story about your Mason kitty. I love those sorts of stories. You believed in him and he's all better now; and, obviously, eternally gratefully and paying you back with millions of purrs.
My reproductive organs and my skin are both in good health...and so is the rest of me.
