Just curious I will be cooking steaks this week for a variety of people how do you all like your steaks cooked? Any tips ?
weissbiermann:
Medium, warm pink center. Ā Butcher just told me to let the steak warm to room temperature before cooking. Ā I also have become a fan of the hanger steak.
arroezze:
Medium rare with a nice sear. Coated in garlic butter and stacked with sauted onions and mushrooms.
