I just woke up from a not so refreshing nap. I feel very sleepy still. We said goodbye to my Dad this afternoon. It was actually very nice to see him. We did fun things like going to ChinaTown and having the best chinese I've had in a long time. The SkyDragon gets two thumbs up from me.
We also went to Filet Of Sole. Now I had gotten this fantabulous review of this restaurant. I disagree. It was decent food but not great. I've had much better seafood. And our waitress was retarded. She really didn't care at all and it showed. That drives me insane. I've been a waitress. I know there are days that you don't care but if someone comes in to a nice restaurant, they want to be treated politely. Thats all we were asking. She was just rude.
We also went to Penrose Fish and Chips and had yummy fish. Mmmmmm. In the States you never find good fish and chips. And well, I grew up in England. I KNOW what good is. Penrose is good stuff.
I go back to Indy in a week. I'm really sad because Rorrie is staying here for a TAship and to work on her thesis. I have to work and make money and Canada says NO to me working. Legally. And I prefer to not really break the law. I'll gently bend it. But that's it.
