I was up all night last night. which sucked pretty hard... After getting off of the computer I snuggled down into the nice warm sheets and was all set for some high class sleepiness... and then I heard my kiddo crying. So I went in and settled her down and went back to bed. To be woken up half an hour later to crying. This was a consistent thing alllllll night long. I love my daughter more than life itself but last night I was not a happy girl. And Rorrie is NO help at times like that because she maintains that if Luci wants mommy then Rorrie isn't going to be able to make her happy..which is possibly true but it would be nice to test that theory. I personally think Luci doesn't give a rats ass WHO goes in to her.
It's pretty out so we are planning a picnic for this afternoon (wooohoooo). It's one of the many things that I really enjoy about Toronto.. the mass exodus outside when it gets warm out. Indiana people are not the most outdoorsy of the population and generally enjoy malls and well, being indoors. Coming from solid British stock (thanks mom) I love being outdoors. Whenever I was in England visiting my Grandma, I used to get up with her really early in the morning and take her dog (She-Ra) on these amazingly long walks through Blaze Park which is this old estate by her house. It was so much fun. I can't wait to see my Grandma. I still feel like I'm a little girl in her house. Even though I have a little girl of my own. Ah family
