meeting with realtor this afternoon or tonight

Hey - is it me or is everyone making banners these days?? Am I missing out on some finanical windfall and I better get off my lazy ass and make some banners?? Hmmmm gotta think this through.....

Yea Spring!!! Mixed about tomorrow's rain. I'm supposed to be outsiode most of the afternoon and going to a "semi-formal" dinner tomorrow night. Not good to be doing in the rain. But, alas, we need the rain or else fresh food scarcity.

Oh yea - anyone want to take bets on if we see gas prices reach $4 a gallon before Labor Day? And still the government isn't pushing alternative energy sources - didn't we see this shit 30 years ago??? Gas stations running out of gas last night in Philly - WTF?? They even pay more AND pump gas themselves!! Wish I could ride my boke to work...
