i've found that the people at waffle house don't put things like dates and times on their receipts. in fact, they don't even put the amount on it. it's just a little slip of paper that's yellow and says "waffle house" on it. since the cost of all of my meals are being reimbursed to me by the company, this opens the door for me to get back all sorts of money that i never spent in the first place. that's right: i could make a PROFIT just by eating a meal (at waffle house) every day.
god damn me for being so ethically sound and not taking advantage.
how many people do you know whose most interesting topic of discussion is waffle house? then again, even if it is boring, it does at least make me an individual.

Then again, "Scattered, Smothered, and Covered" has a nice ring to it, too.
For those not in the know, yes, there really are Waffle House songs and most Waffle Houses have them on their ubiquitous juke boxes. It's some great American cheese!
