My body is a traitor to my soul
My eyes; defectors of my lies
My tongue works in ways
My lips will try in vain
To disguise

My soul is a traitor to my faith
My knees; refuse to bend
My sight too clear
Will not be blind
To deception

My faith is a traitor to my heart
My thoughts; steadfast to the cause
Of keeping quiet, my reason
My breath somehow escapes
Laced with deceit

My heart is a traitor to my happiness
My hands; shields from the truth
Theyll push away and drown
The pain that will come
With doubt

My happiness is a traitor to my body
My stomach starves
My skull will scream
With bloody murder
Unto death
