Okay, here's the rundown.
I'm going back to Albany two days early. My family is upset by this change in plans.
I got a few gifts, and they're all very nice!
The used-book store I usually shop at is going under- the rent is too high and the owner is closing up shop for good. I wish I spent more money there. When I get back to Albany and spend all my gift cards, I should resolve to stop shopping at the chain stores. I'm sure you're all rolling your eyes.
I have a portable chess and checkers set! Glee! $15 kept me from going overboard and buying a handsome "Book" set. Now at least if something happens to it, it's no great loss...
I must keep my spending under control... I am a grown man, and wish to act like one.
I have no idea how I'm getting the extra stuff back to Albany. I suppose I can mail it?
